Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition and includes the original packaging. To initiate a return, simply email us at support@newparadigmclothing.com with your order number and shipping address zip code, and indicate the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll send you a shipping label to use for returning the item(s). Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received, please allow us one week to process it.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for size changes if the item is sold out.
